A while ago, we brought to you Kamal Haasan’s
thoughts as his Sadma co-star Sridevi left for the heavenly abode.
The superstar wrote, “Have witnessed Sridevi's life
from an adolescent teenager to the magnificent lady she became. Her
stardom was well deserved. Many happy moments with her flash through my mind
including the last time I met her. Sadma's lullaby haunts me now. We'll miss
her.”

Now, we bring to you the last time Haasan and
Sridevi came together under one roof.
This clip is from the HT Style Awards last month where
Sridevi turned up with husband Boney Kapoor in tow. Notice how she stuns in
that shimmery outfit.
The Sadma co-stars meet, hug and shake hands and give the
media a moment to remember.
Sadma (1983) is a cult classic and Sridevi’s performance
in the film remains one of her best. Although, Sadma didn’t receive any major
awards, Sridevi, Kamal Haasan and writer Balu Mahendra were
nominated for the Filmfare Awards that year.
Legendary actress Sridevi succumbed to a fatal cardiac
arrest in Dubai last night. The attack was massive and she could not be revived
despite several efforts.
What a sad, sad day for Bollywood.
